Her background in higher education includes a leading role in developing graduate programs and aligning them with UK and national legislative standards. She has also invested significant effort in initiatives that promote women's participation in the tech sector. Based in Bosnia and Herzegovina, she coordinates CIEL's programming on the ground, drawing on deep familiarity with the country's postwar institutions, civil society organizations, and the ongoing work of transitional justice and reconciliation in Sarajevo, Srebrenica, and beyond.
